It is the HOME team's decision as to whether or not a game is to be cancelled based upon weather and their field conditions.  The weather across New England can vary, therefore it will be the home teams coach or manager that makes the final call on cancelling the or playing it.

If projected weather forecasts do not look favorable for the day, then it will be down to the home team to take this into consideration when making their decision.  Safety for all involved should always be paramount!

If the decision is made to cancel a game, the home team coach or team manager needs to call the opposing team coach or team manager ASAP!  The home team coach or team manager must also then fill out the NEP Fields Closure Form (to the right of this information) to submit their closed fields.

The home team coach or team manager must also email NEP Director of Operations Martyn Emery: MARTYN@NEWENGLANDPREMIERSHIP.COM to inform him of the field closure and cancelled game.
